1. Are the hats embroidered? Yes.
  2. What is your return policy? Yes, we will accept returns as long as the hat is unworn, unwashed or was defective. Please email us with "Refund" on the subject field in our contact us page.
  3. How long do I have to wait for shipping? It can take approximately 1-3 weeks to ship and process your products. However, each product will be given a tracking # and be shipped with care.
  4. Can I change my order? We start working on your order as soon as we get it, but we will try our best to make changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
  5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we will be using USPS/UPS shipping, which ships to over 180 countries!
