  1. Are your clothes embroidered, including hats? Yes.
  2. What is your return policy? Our products are customizable so we have very limited options for returns, but we will accept returns if the item arrived defective. Please email us with "Refund" on the subject field in our contact us page.
  3. How long do I have to wait for shipping? It can take approximately 1-3 weeks to ship and process your products. However, each product will be given a tracking # and be shipped with care.
  4. Can I change my order? We start working on your order as soon as we get it, but we will try our best to make changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed.
  5. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we will be using USPS/UPS shipping, which ships to over 180 countries! Keep in mind that our company is not responsible for your country tariffs as it is the responsibility of the customer.

Note: Custom fees imposed by your country’s government are the buyer’s responsibility. Both the United States and us have no control of what regulations your country implements. Typically these charges are due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destinations. Again, it is the buyer's responsibly to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. We are not responsible for any additional charges that may apply.
